Francesco is a business lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the finance, corporate, M&A and commercial sectors.
Francesco is regularly advising leading international borrowers, guarantors and lenders on the financing or re-financing, including via senior and subordinating lending, of the acquisition mostly of real estate and other tangible assets, secured or not by Luxembourg security packages. He also advises on the enforcement possibilities and risks and enforcement execution of Luxembourg security documents, including exercising of voting rights and appropriation of shares.
Francesco has also extensive experience on the corporate and commercial sides of cross-border private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions of business by means of complex investment and shareholders’ agreements and full due diligence investigations as well as on the relevant exit, repatriation, liquidation and restructuring, in cooperation with various foreign legal advisers of excellent reputation.
Francesco is also advising big fashion companies in the preparation of their general terms & conditions of sale, confidentiality undertakings and cookies policy for their online Luxembourg shop website.
