Professional Experience

• Andréas has experience in advising both financial institutions and corporate borrowers across a wide range of multi-jurisdictional finance transactions. He has regularly represented lenders and borrowers on lending transactions involving the structuring and negotiation of Luxembourg collateral arrangements, the review and negotiation of Luxembourg and foreign transaction documents and the drafting of legal opinions in relation thereto.
• He also assists domestic and international corporate clients on the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg commercial companies and on their ongoing activities and specific corporate transactions (corporate governance, migration, group restructuring, dissolution and liquidation).
• Andréas advises clients with the structuring, establishment and operation of Luxembourg domiciled investment funds.
• Before joining Volckrick & Associates, Andréas worked for almost two years in the Banking & Finance and Funds & Investment Management practices of a top-15 Luxembourg law firm and of an offshore international law firm.
