Adam has gained considerable experience in the financial services industry over the past two years.
At Volckrick & Associates, he assists with the set-up and regulatory approval of regulated management companies and AIFMs, investment firms and other financial sector professionals. He is also involved in the firm’s practice with regard to advising banks and investment firms on the foreseeable impacts of major regulatory changes (AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, AML V, etc.) on their product/service range, marketing and distribution strategy, as well as their operating model.
Before joining Volckrick & Associates, Adam worked for almost two years in the Luxembourg fund management and financial services sector, actively contributing to clients’ investment activities across the PERE fund industry.
In the first years of his professional path, he has been exposed to a variety of international, multi-jurisdictional legal matters, including investment banking, alternative dispute resolution and financial law, by completing consecutive internships at a development bank, an arbitral institution, and a law firm respectively.
